EBay.com appears to be experiencing multiple glitches this weekend involving customer checkout and seller account payments.
Several sellers have reported delayed or uncredited payments to their seller accounts using the paypal debit cards over the past several days, even though paypal balances reflect the transactions.
A separate issue involving shipping insurance errors have been reported by readers and confirmed by customers. It appears the shipping insurance charge on some checkout transactions is defaulting to $0.00 dollar amount causing an error. Corrected invoices can be generated through your eBay control panel or paypal's invoicing feature.
